Seconpidity에서 Sony-1000mx4 구매하던 중 디클라인이 떠서 아이디 바꿔서 주문했는데 둘 다 배송이 됐습니다.
그 중 하나를 환불 요청 메일 보냈고 왜인지 트랙킹넘버를 두번 보내주더라구요.
뭔가 문제가 생겨서 다시 보내나 보다 이 생각으로 뒤에 온 두번째트랙킹넘버로 발송했는데 문제가 생겼습니다..
We had sent you a return label to use to return the item with tracking number, 첫번째트랙킹넘버. However, the return label that you decided to use with tracking number, 두번째트랙킹넘버, is showing that it will be delivering to OCOEE, FLORIDA and that is not any place for any of our warehouses. We are unable to refund unless we see that the item is received at our warehouse in Garland, Tx. Please advise if you have any other concerns. Thank you.

애초에 설명도 없었고 ups에 자기들이 주소를 넣어서 송장을 보내놓고 잘못 보냈다고 환불 안해준다는게 답답하네요
항의 메일을 보내놓긴했는데 혹시 ups에 이미 보낸걸 취소하거나 리턴시키는 방법은 없나요?
