Kim Il-sung is most importantly imprinted as the main culprit of the Korean War, which brought about national tragedy. Isn't even the objective evaluation of him for the last half century difficult? If so, why should we come back to reflect on Kim Il-sung and who he is?       Jilin City, China This is where Kim Il Sung once spent his growth. In 1927, Kim Sung-joo, a 15-year-old boy, went to Yumunmun Middle School on the banks of the Songhwa River. After that, she went to various places through her mother's recommendation.

This mundane period had a decisive influence on the boy's life path later on. There is a statue of Kim Il-sung, not long since it was built, on the campus where the school building remains. Yukmunjoong is said to have been the prestigious Chinese people, and Kim Il-sung's fluent Chinese is also learned here.       The boy Kim Il-sung first became aware of communist ideology at this time, and he was active in boys' associations. Son Won-tae, a close friend of his childhood, He recalled the days of Kim Il Sung.       Kim Il-sung invited her childhood friend Sun Won-tae to settle in the United States every year since 1991. He welcomed Son Wontae more than anything because he was the son of Pastor Sohn, who was considered a life saver.    In the fall of 1929, When Kim Il-sung was imprisoned in Jilin prison, Pastor Sohn, who was a nationalist, saved him. This incident marks a turning point in life as a result of dropping out of physical education.

Kim Il Sung ... It was known after the Manchurian Incident in 1931 that he entered the anti-Japanese armed struggle. Japan invaded Manchuria and occupied Manchuria with great power. Then all over Manchuria began to resist movements.       Yanbian Autonomous Region, At that time, 8 to 90 percent of the residents of the Gando region were Koreans, which was a very harsh time for them. In Ando County, Yanbian Autonomous Region, there is a monument that tells the history of the anti-Japanese guerrillas.       Also known as Myeongwol-gu meeting In December 1931, about 40 Communists from the Chinese Communist Party of the region gathered to resolve the creation of an anti-Japanese guerrilla force. In response to the Japanese invasion of Manchuria, the flare of the full-scale anti-Japanese strike was ignited.

At that time, there was a record of Kim Il-sung in the official documents of Japanese imperialism. Kim Sung-joo, Kim Il-sung, appeared to have been a member of the organization of the Songsong and Ando region at that time. This is a passage that tells the story of Kim Il-sung who left Jilin.       It was around this time that Kim Il-sung, who came to Manchuria, organized an anti-Japanese shortstop dongdongdae. Following the resolution of the meeting, he tried to organize the guerrillas and hides in Sosaha, Ando County. There is a good reason why he decided to establish a base near this Muju village.

After his father Kim Hyung-jik died, his mother Kang Ban-seok, who had been living apart from his junior high school days, lived here. His mother was said to have lived with his brothers in a secluded house at the time. The house where Kim Il-sung's mother lived turned into a paddy field and no trace remained. However, until the mid-70s, the mother's tomb was still there, and he later moved to North Korea.       The villagers knew the monumental place that Kim Il Sung organized the first anti-Japanese barrage. Under a large pine tree on a ridge far away, he gathered 16 young men and organized an anti-Japanese barrage. There is a monument under the pine tree, and the inscription states that the April 25, 32, anti-Japanese regiment was founded.       Although North Korea's founding of the Korean People's Army was February 8, 48, it is said that it is to commemorate the day when the creation of the People's Army was changed to April 25. But the formation of the guerrillas in Ando, unlike North Korea's claim, was not his own move.

This is an undisclosed document in which Kim Il-sung is recorded in the Chinese Communist Party in the 30s. According to him, Kim Il-sung joined the Communist Party in 32 years and seems to have received considerable trust among his troops. In 32, the Joseon Revolutionary Army of Yang Se-bong, a nationalist group, visited Kim Il-sung, who organized the Byeoldong University.       Kim Il-sung, who crossed the border from Yanji to Ando, organized a military camp, and later joined by the Chinese Communist Party's Wang Qing Raid. After the Manchurian incident, the anti-Japanese guerrilla activity became active, and the Japanese imperialists were frustrated by following large groups.       As a result, most anti-Japanese armed forces entered the rugged mountainous regions and engaged in guerrilla warfare. The Wangcheong Ranger, which Kim Il-sung joined, was also establishing a foothold at Sowangcheong's peak.

In the spring of 1933, Sowangcheong battle, one of North Korea's Kim Il-sung's anti-Japanese warfare, is fought. Japanese troops attacked the command post behind Peaks Mountain. The same is still very proud.       At the time, there were about 100 Wangcheong guerrillas who had Kim Il-sung, more than 10% of whom were Koreans, who won the victory after three days of intense fighting. It had favorable terrain conditions to detect the Japanese attack in advance.       Japanese anti-Japanese guerrillas formed a village called a short beneath the mountain to provide food and other supplies. At the time, there was a well used by villagers from the headquarters, and there is a monument built by the Chinese government on the hillside, which confirms that there was a base for anti-Japanese clearance.

The monument, which was established by the local government in Wangqing County in 1987, is said to have existed as a base for play since December of 3232. However, after the battle of Sowangcheng, Wangqing County guerrillas moved their base.       In the 30s, the Manchurian region was home to the Korean Revolutionary Army, the Korean Independence Army, and the Wangcheong Reservoir, which had Kim Il Sung. And at this time alliance between them was active. The most representative of these is the Battle of Dong-hyun Hyun-sung, which was united and victorious by the Wang Cheong Regiment and Kim's independent army.       Triumphs were also experienced by Kim Il-sung who was victorious over and over. In the mid 30's, the so-called Minsadan incident occurred when the anti-Japanese struggle forces among Koreans in Gando were sacrificed. This is the case of the anti-Japanese struggle that caused the Koreans to be distressed by the spies as the Japanese imperialists separated the Koreans from the Chinese.

Kim Sun-sung, who was active in the Kim Il-sung unit, is said to have even been driven to the Minsadan for eating corn seeds. Many Koreans were sacrificed as spies, but Kim Il Sung could escape the crisis. His boss, a Chinese executive, said it was a windbreak. The Minsadan incident was the biggest crisis for Kim Il-sung, but it was an opportunity for him. At the expense of many of the Korean-American strugglers, he was naturally in his twenties.       Since then, anti-Japanese armed forces in Manchuria have been reorganized into a large force called the Northeast Anti-Japanese Army in 36 years. This anti-Japanese army led the anti-Japanese struggle in Manchuria in the mid 30's in the form of a cooperative federation.       The Northeast Anti-Japanese Army, which had organized up to 11 counties throughout Manchuria, was once the most threatening threat to Japan in terms of size and power. During this period, Kim Il-sung's guerrillas were based on Koreans, but there were not many women.

When Kim Il-sung was the second president of the Army's second army, Kim, who was in the unit, later recalled the grievances of women. It was because the same activities were given to male troops. In the 30s, Army Group 2, commonly referred to as Kim Il-sung's troops, moved its activities to the Baekdu-san Changbai County. At the time, there was an article on the newspaper saying that Musong was attacked by the opposition forces near the border. One of the leaders who attempted this was Kim Il Sung. At this time, Kim Il-sung receives attention from the Japanese army to send spies into the unit to spy out.       It was during this second president of North Korea's Anti-Japanese Army, the second Army, who attacked the Bochonbo, the most prominent North and South Korea. Seven police officers were killed, six were wounded, and none were larger than other battles. However, it was a shocking event at that time just because the Korean armed forces invaded Korea and invaded Japan during the period of Japanese oppression.

At that time, the Northeastern Anti-Japanese Army was organized into the 1st ROG, mainly in East and South Manchuria, the 2nd ROG in Giljong area, and the 3rd ROK in North Manchuria. However, in 1939, when the Japanese army organized and attacked a large-scale Kando squadron of 75,000 people, the Northeast Anti-Japanese Army Coalition, which had once reached 30,000, was reduced to about 1,400.       At that time, Kim Il-sung's two-sided army raided the timber cattle and fought back with the tombs that followed after him here. The Kim Il-sung unit is said to lure Maeda troops back to the mountain and ambush them.       On the hillside stands a monument built by the Chinese government that looks quite old. It was on March 25, 40, when the Manchurian armed forces were getting deeper. Kim Il-sung's position at that time was the team leader for Hangil-gun 1-ro-gun. The inscription says that more than 120 Maeda troops were annihilated, but this is slightly different from the official Japanese data.

Japanese official data show that 58 people were killed and 27 were wounded in a close encounter with Kim Il-sung. As the massive Japanese colonial rule began, the Northeast Japan Anti-Japanese Army collapsed and the armed struggle in Manchuria began to decline.    As the relentless work of Japanese imperialism also reduced the surrender of major anti-Japanese forces. Yang Jung-woo, the commander of Kim Il-sung's 1st ROK Army, was killed deadly without seeing Japan's defeat. At that time, the number of such deaths and returnees was estimated at 3,000.       October 1940,    Kim Il-sung, who was active in Manchuria, led a dozen or so troops to cross the border to the Soviet Union. Coming to the Soviet Union, he stayed in Khabarovsk via Broshirov. Ju Bo-jung, who was a boss during the 88th Brigade, writes in his diary that Kim Il Sung arrived in the Soviet Union with 16 members.

The 88th Brigade, assigned to Kim Il-sung, was a headquarters of the Soviet Far East Front, mainly led by the North Korean Anti-Japanese Army Retreat. Kim Il-sung lived here with Kim Jung-sook and Kim Jong-il.       The chief intermediary was the brigade of the 88th Brigade and Kim Il-sung, the commander of the 1st Battalion, most of which were Koreans. The Soviet secret document contains no record of him, whose Soviet name was Chenzichen. It was here that Kim Il-sung, who had settled in the Soviet Union, met Choi Hyun and An-gil, who played an important role in the process of seizing power after the liberation.       During his stay in the Soviet Union, Kim Il Sung was liberated. For some time, however, North Korea did not recognize his stay in the Soviet Union from the end of 40 years until liberation. At the time of liberation, he returned to Japan after defeating Japanese troops who retreated in Manchuria.

Was it a burden for him to be a Soviet officer? However, Kim Il Sung's later memoirs admit that they returned home through Wonsan Port on September 19, 1945, about a month after liberation.    After liberation, independence movements from other countries entered Korea one after another. What was the perception of Kim Il-sung in Korea at that time? A survey conducted by a right wing group in 1945 suggests his status in the liberation regime.       He was ranked 6th after Yoo Yun-hyung, Rhee Syngman, and Kim Gu, who were suitable as leaders. He was also ranked first in the cabinet as the Secretary of Defense of the Cabinet. Soon after the liberation, the public appreciated his anti-Japanese struggle.

Kim Il-sung, 33, It was because of this anti-Japanese career and the support of the Soviet military that he was able to emerge as the top leader in the north over the rival political forces.       At the time of liberation, there was a nationalist Jo Man-sik, who led the Democratic Party. And there was a strong rival Park Heon-young of the same Communist line. However, since the administration of trusteeship began, Cho Man-sik was the representative of Ban-taek, and Park Heon-young did not gain the confidence of the Soviet military in that the United States was associated with the pearling South Korea.       Kim Il-sung, who received the full support of the Soviet military from the liberation government, finally established and won the Prime Minister's Democratic People's Republic of Korea on September 9, 48.    After a while, he triggered toward the south of the Korean peninsula.    Kim Il-sung, his name has a condensed history of division.

Half a century after the division, the summit of the two Koreas finally met. It was the first step from the age of division to the age of unification. And today, small changes are perceived in our society.       So-called Kim Il Sung lectures appeared on university campuses dealing with Kim Il Sung's anti-Japanese struggles. Surprisingly, only a small number had heard of Kim Il-sung's fake theory. It was not a concern for those born in the 80's. It may have been because he had already heard it, but many students acknowledged his anti-Japanese struggle.       The results of a survey of 1,400 netizens through imbc last January also show that the solid wall of Kim Il-sung's fake theory, which has dominated our society for the past half century, is breaking down. Although netizens are young, 49% of respondents said that Kim Il-sung's anti-Japanese struggle would be true.
