이번 할인때 알리에서 구매를 했는데..
처음에 물건이 없으니 취소해달라는 이야기가 있었는데..
취소를 안하고 가만히 있었더니 물건을 보냈습니다.
몇일이 지난후 전 아무것도 받지 않았는데 메일로 물건이 도착했다고 왔습니다.
트래킹번호를 봐도 도착한걸로 나오고요..
그래서 혹시나 해서 우체국택배쪽으로 이용해서 조회해 봤더니 다른 장소로 나오더라구요.
그래서 dispute 걸었는데.. 시스템상으로는 도착한걸로 나오니
제대로된 증거물을 내놓으라고 하는데 ㅡㅠ
이걸 어떻게 증명을 해야할지 난감합니다.
혹 비슷한 경우가 있으신 분들이나 조언 부탁드려봅니다. ㅠㅠ
