손목에서 측정하는건 안정적인 자세에서 앉아서 측정할때가 정확하지 걸어다니고 그러면 정확도가 매우 떨어져요;;
시계에서 심박수를 볼수있다 정도로만 판단하면 될듯하네요;;

이것은 손목에서 측정하는 것이 아닙니다.
검지와 장지를 측정버튼에 대고 있으면 시계가 읽어서 측정결과가 나오죠.
직접 가슴에 대지 않으면 심장박동수측정시계의 정확도는 거기서 거기로 압니다.
-대신 가슴형은 번거로운 것은 다 아실듯...
다만 이 모델은 이전모델 스트라이드는 보행수측정도 하지만 이 제품은 그런 기능은 없죠.
그리고 제가 본 미오모델은 다 시계줄만 따로 교환이 안되기에 줄=몸체이므로
줄교환가격이 좀 들죠.(현재 스트라이드 사용중..)

전에 콜럼비사 시계 질렀는데 아직도 쉬핑이 ㅠ.ㅠ 크로노삭은 쉬핑이 너무 느린것 같아요 ㅠ.ㅠ 전에 다이아몬드 삭은 빨랐는데
