리츠지수 기반한다는게 리츠 주식들 index 를 말하는건지 따로 주택시장 선물지수가 있는건지 설명이 애매하네요
리츠 주식들 index 라면 그냥 주식 인버스나 다를게 없어서 명확히 해야할 필요가 있습니다. |

미국에 부동산이 미친듯이 폭등한 상황이라 현지 미국에 빌딩이나(상업용) 주택들이 떨어지면 3배숏은 오르는거죠
